Building your abs begins with a workout that affects your entire body. Here are some ways to accomplish this. The Captain’s Chair is a very useful piece of equipment for doing abs workouts.

Doing a leg raise on the Captain’s Chair can be a great foundational exercise for your abs workout. You start out by standing on the Captain’s Chair, gripping the handholds comfortably. Slowly bring your knees up as high as you can, as your back is supported by the padded area.

The movement should be done with complete control, as you don’t want to do any swinging with your legs. The legs then return to the ground to complete the motion. Try not to arch your back or perform the exercise too quickly or awkwardly. You don’t need a bicycle or even an exercise bike to do the bicycle exercise for your abs.

The principles in this book really do apply to both genders regarding body recomposition.

The diet works. Unfortunately, I deviated from the type of diet in the book to more frequent eating and started to gain weight thinking frequent eating would lower cortisol levels. Besides, the best diet is the one that you can stick to, and I can with this plan as it comes naturally to me. Needless to say, I am going back to this diet plan so I can start to lose body fat again, as I have a lot to loose.
